We arrived in Goderich Thursday afternoon and had the booth set up by mid-evening. Friday was quite busy, with many artists and College participants coming by and playing the instruments. The Pyramid violin was particularly intriguing to many people. Saturday was a bit slower, but with steady traffic all day. Sunday was variable, with a quiet afternoon but flurries of activity.
Many people asked good questions. The younger visitors were very interested in the process of making a violin. I was working on the scroll for #8, a process which seemed fascinating to people.
I ran low on business cards on Friday, so handed out my information sheet on Saturday and Sunday. Quite a few visitors were planning on upgrading instruments, either for themselves or their children. We continue to plant seeds!
