Neck, Ribs, Form

Because of various minor projects taking up time, I have not done any work on the violin in a few weeks. This past Wednesday, I finally got back to it. I sanded down the corner blocks and laid out the neck. The ribs are also trimmed to the correct width, so this coming week I will bend them and glue them onto the blocks. Hopefully I'll also have time to cut the neck out and drill the peg holes.

The neck sides are not perpendicular. I know this is the traditional format, but for me it's an inconvenience. Therefore, I temporarily glued a wedge to one side so that when I rough out the form on the bandsaw I will get a perpendicular cut.
